In 1965, Joaquim Carlos Silveira bought 100% of the capital of SCOGE, known today as SILCOGE. This company is the real estate development arm of the SIL Group. SILCOGE has a current portfolio of 233,294m2 all over the Greater Lisbon area. About 54% of this is residential and the remaining 46% is for offices and two hotels.

SILCOGE’s mission can be summarised as follows: “To make a contribution to Lisbon by providing real estate products with a competitive price/quality ratio that perform well in the market.”
The SIL Group specialises in residential and office real estate projects. The residential properties are for sale and the offices are leased.
